It’s not often mentioned on classic rock radio, but Atlantic Records wrote a clause into Led Zeppelin’s record contract that required the outline of Robert Plant’s penis to be clearly visible from a distance of ten yards whenever he appeared in public. This bit of image management had a tendency to make an afternoon game of footy a bit awkward.
